Real-time bank and E-Wallet transactions will be processed as usual during the holidays. However, transactions which required manual handling at beneficiary bank's end will be processed on the next banking days.
For transactions to EURO and GBP countries, if the transaction reaches a compliance check on a non-business day, it will be processed on the next working day

We would like to inform you that Tranglo API and Gloremit Service will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on 15th May 2025 (Thursday) from 01:00 AM to 05:00 AM (GMT +8).

During this time, you will not be able to submit transactions for all corridors through the Tranglo API and Gloremit Service and the GloRemit Web Portal will not be accessible during the maintenance window.
All services will resume to normal after the maintenance window.
